•	Responsible for day-to-day operations of 288 bed facility and related services(Cardiovascular Services, Surgical Services, Pharmacy, Lab, Rehab, Pulmonary Services, Sleep Lab, EMS, Security, Plant Operations).

Piedmont Medical Center

•	Responsible for day-to-day operations of 133 bed facility and related services (Radiology, Lab, Pharmacy, Cardiopulmonary, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Plant Operations).

Central Carolina Hospital Tenet Health Care

•	Implement and Administer Tenet’s Ethics and Compliance Program. 
•	Interim responsibilities for management of Medical Office building including contract negotiation and physician liaison.

Park Plaza Hospital and Plaza Specialty Hospital Tenet Health Care

•	Develop, implement, monitor, audit, investigate and oversight of all aspects of the medical center’s compliance program for all services to ensure a high integrity workplace.  
•	Administrative oversight and strategic leadership to support departments including  Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Patient Satisfaction, Patient Safety, JCAHO compliance, Infection Control, Case Management, Utilization Review and Patient Satisfaction.  
•	Serve as Chair of the medical center’s Compliance Team, Patient Care Services Quality Council and Bioethics/Ethics Committee.
•	Member of Executive Council. 
•	Serve on the following committees; Board of Trustees Executive/Finance Committee , Audit Committee, Quality Council, Utilization Review, Medical Record Forms, Claims Development and Submission, Home Health Professional Advisory Committee  
•	Serve as Chair of the Ad Hoc Committee appointed by the CEO for medical staff disciplinary action.
