David Burman

David Burman is a seasoned real estate owner and developer, serving as a partner at Engel Burman since 2003. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, specializing in Finance and Real Estate, David brings a unique blend of expertise to the industry.

Overseeing strategic development at Engel Burman, David's responsibilities span various real estate sectors, including residential, assisted living, commercial, and retail projects along the eastern seaboard. His role encompasses deal analysis, site selection, land acquisition, project planning, municipal approvals, architecture, design, and pre-construction duties.

David is currently leading groundbreaking projects, such as the pioneering Bristal Assisted Living community in New York City, designed primarily for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. He has also managed the development of notable assisted living communities, apartment complexes, and condominium communities comprising thousands of homes.

Some of the projects David has overseen include The Bristal Assisted Living in various locations, Encore Luxury Living in Jericho, The Seasons in Seaford and Elwood, Sutton Landing in Mount Sinai and Patchogue, as well as The Brix Millennial Apartments in Uniondale, among others.

In addition to his existing developments, David is actively managing a substantial pipeline of new projects totaling around 2,000 units in the planning stages, set to commence construction within the next 12-36 months.
