During his tenure at the Austin Economic Development Department, Mr. Colligan successfully negotiated and managed ten expansion projects, resulting in the commitment to create 3,097 new full-time jobs, retain 2,671 full-time jobs, and attract $333 million of investment to the City over the next five to ten years.

David played a pivotal role in restructuring the City's Economic Development Policy to focus on business expansion and targeted hiring initiatives, as well as establishing the Austin Economic Development Corporation to facilitate public-private partnerships for economic growth.

With a degree in Marketing and Legal Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, David A. Colligan has a solid educational foundation to support his professional endeavors.
