Dave Terry is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in growing and selling professional service companies. He is currently the President and Founder of Terry Commercial Realty, LLC (TCR), a company dedicated to sustainable development, investment properties, and revitalizing downtown districts in North Georgia. Dave's expertise spans business development, marketing, company culture, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to TCR, Dave co-founded Mediacurrent, a prominent Drupal-based digital agency, where he excelled in operations, talent recruitment, and account management. The successful acquisition of Mediacurrent by Code and Theory stands as a testament to Dave's entrepreneurial acumen.

Before Mediacurrent, Dave established himself as a young achiever by co-founding and leading Invesearch, a notable financial staffing firm. His accomplishments include early success in selling the firm and active involvement in industry associations like the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS).

Dave's educational background includes a Major in Political Science and Minors in History and International Studies from Valdosta State University.
