Duncan Wallace

Duncan Wallace is an associate lawyer at O'Dea Earle, a law firm in the Greater St. John's Metropolitan Area.3 He recently joined the firm as an associate in the practice of law.4 Prior to becoming an associate, Duncan served as a Summer Student at O'Dea, Earle Law Offices, where he gained practical legal experience and insight into the legal profession.

Duncan's areas of interest include personal injury law, labour and employment law, administrative law, and family law.12 He holds a Juris Doctor degree, which he was a candidate for in the Class of 2023.1 During his legal education, Duncan received the William Henry Harrison Moot Court Prize in 2021 and the New Brunswick Law Foundation Entrance Scholarship in 2020.1

Before pursuing law, Duncan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2018 and was a Dean's List recipient in 2016-2017.1 His entrepreneurial background complements his legal career.4
