Dave Ryan

Dave Ryan is a highly experienced Human Resources (HR) professional. He has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles, including labor relations and generalist activities. Dave has been the Director of HR at Mel-O-Cream Donuts for the past three decades, and he is passionate about his job. Mr. Ryan studied Communication at the University of Illinois, and he continues to be an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). For years, he has been a long-term volunteer for the Illinois State Council of SHRM, LLHH, and was also part of the board of directors at the Employers' Association. In addition to his HR expertise, Dave was previously the Warehouse Manager at Mel-O-Cream Donuts International, Inc. and worked as a Reporter at WUIS.
