He is the founder and managing principal of Front Runner Consulting, LLC, a firm that provides talent acquisition services and M&A intermediary services. Dave has extensive experience in placing executives in high-level positions such as CEO, CFO, COO, and President, and providing board and advisory services. He has also worked as an M&A intermediary, placing companies with investors through MBO/acquisition executive financial sponsorship and family/founder privately held sell-side representation. With a Series 7 & 63 investment banking plus executive recruiter experience, Dave currently manages a database of 24,000+ investors & senior level executives, providing his company with proprietary, exclusive deal flow & talent acquisition capabilities.

Dave Marx studied MBA and Education at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and BS in Business Administration at Elmhurst College. He has a diverse range of clients, dealing with thousands of internationally based investors ranging from strategic buyers, PEGs (Private Equity Groups), family offices, investment bankers, venture capital & angel investors covering all industries with a transaction value of USD $5 million to over $100 million.
