Dave Carpenter

Dave Carpenter is currently the V.P. of Generation Services at RavenVolt, having previously served as the V.P. of Operations at the same company.12 He is a highly motivated senior manager with over 25 years of experience in P&L Management, Sales Management, and Application Engineering.3

Carpenter's career in the power industry began in 1994 as a Field Service Engineer at ABB Combustion Engineering. He then spent 14 years at Michigan CAT, progressing to the role of V.P./General Manager of the Power Systems Division. His subsequent positions included V.P. of Power System Sales at Kossen Equipment, Inc., Director of Engineering & Technical Support at Taylor Power Systems, and Director of Sales Engineering & Development at OMNIMETRIX, LLC.1

Before joining RavenVolt in 2021, Carpenter worked as the Power Group Manager at Yancey Bros. Co. from 2014 to 2021.1 He holds a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering from Michigan State University, which he earned from 1989 to 1994.13

Throughout his career, Carpenter has demonstrated expertise in power systems, sales, and technical support, making him well-suited for his current role at RavenVolt, where he contributes to the company's development and deployment of PV, generator, battery, EV charging, and microgrid systems.2
