Dave Armstrong

Dave Armstrong is an entrepreneur with a strong philanthropic mindset, passionate about sustainability, environmental compliance, property, energy, and growing businesses.

He has been involved in various impactful life-changing events such as cycling, hiking, and kayaking across Malawi to raise money for HIV sufferers, donating towards building an orphan center and a school in Malawi, and helping set up a gay group in Uganda.

Dave is a dedicated father to his two daughters and actively involved in their lives.

He currently owns and manages businesses in the property, energy, environmental compliance, and manufacturing sectors, particularly through his company Great Minds Property Group, which focuses on increasing property value, reducing energy consumption, installing renewables, and ensuring environmental compliance.

Dave is skilled in developing businesses and individuals, with a strong emphasis on giving back through charitable work. He has donated thousands of hours to charitable causes, particularly focused on helping disadvantaged children in the UK and Africa escape poverty through education.

His educational background includes studying A levels in Maths, Economics, and Geography at Winstanley College, GCSEs at Hawkley Hall High School, and Estate Surveying at Nottingham Trent University where he achieved a 2:1 degree.

Over the years, he has held leadership roles in various organizations including being the Founder and CEO of Great Minds Property Group Ltd and serving in directorial or managing positions in several other enterprises spanning different industries.

Dave is always on the lookout for new business opportunities to grow and make a positive impact.

He is actively involved in raising awareness on net zero, supporting environmental compliance, and contributing to sustainable practices.
