Darryl Prater

Darryl Prater is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the financial services industry.

He holds a BA in Economics from Southern Methodist University and has also completed studies in Securities Industry Institute, Sales & Marketing at the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.

Currently, Darryl serves as Sr. Vice President of Global Service Delivery at TTEC, a role where he brings his wealth of experience to oversee global service operations.

Prior to TTEC, he held various leadership positions at TeleTech, including Vice President of Financial Services Vertical, Vice President of North America Service Delivery, and Vice President of Operations.

Before his tenure at TeleTech, Darryl gained valuable experience at Fidelity Investments, where he held positions such as Senior Vice President, Vice President of Regional Area Manager, Director of Telephone Operations, and Director of Sales.
