Achieved the first ever regulatory license approvals to conduct issuance, custody and trading of digitized securities on a single, integrated platform.

Lead role in company fundraising, building on seed investment from SGX and Heliconia (subsidiary of Temasek Holdings) and subsequent rounds involving Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group, Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, and Hanwha Asset Management.

Accountable for the company's HR function; built team from 5 to 55, including several senior hires (and growing fast!).

Spearheading all aspects of platform licensing and regulation, including working with MAS and other stakeholders. Overall accountability for public relations and media engagement.

Built out all applicable legal platform and transaction documentation and structures for permissible security token (STO) transactions to ensure full compliance of STO transactions with MAS regulations. Achieved first ever approval for admission into MAS regulatory sandbox by a security token infrastructure platform. Appointed MAS CMS license representative for the firm.
