Yee Hean Teo

Yee Hean Teo is an experienced private equity investment professional with over 19 years of expertise in managing multi-billion dollar PE portfolios and delivering exceptional returns.

Currently serving as the Principal Investment Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Teo has grown the private equity funds portfolio to over US$1 billion and excelled in deal origination, due diligence, legal negotiations, and post-investment management.

With previous roles at GIC Private Limited and Temasek International, he has advised on alternative investments, influenced major decisions, and ensured alignment with organizational mandates.

Teo holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Finance) and Economics from Singapore Management University and has completed all levels of the CFA and CAIA examinations.

His global network, bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, and passion for driving value creation in PE investments make him a valuable asset in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
