Dario Nardi

Dario Nardi is a highly accomplished CEO, founder, former professor, and principal consultant, with experience across multiple industries including education, psychology, and engineering. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California. Nardi also studied at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he served as a Senior Lecturer and Research Faculty, and earned a fellowship and professorship. Additionally, he has contributed to various organizations as a speaker and conference chair, including the International Association of Psychological Type and the Association for Psychological Type.

Nardi is known for his work in psychological type, personality, and brain science. As the founder and CEO of Radiance House, Nardi helps businesses and individuals alike to better utilize their brain strengths and synthesize difficult concepts. He was also a co-founder of Matrix Insights and a speaker at the South Bay Organization Development Network (Sbodn).
