With a background as a seasoned CPA, he excels in talent acquisition, training, and management, overseeing secondment programs for leading firms in the US and Europe since 2011. Dario is known for his expertise in business development and entrepreneurship, always driven by authenticity and connection in his work.

Creating SAPRO with his business partner Greg Maslov in 2017, Dario aimed to provide enriching professional and cultural opportunities for young auditors while assisting public accounting firms in managing seasonal workforce demands. SAPRO, with its presence in the US, Europe, Australia, and South Africa, disrupts the public accounting sector with a focus on integrity, transparency, character, adventure, and community involvement, enhancing the lives of consultants and clients alike.

Dario Grassini pursued his education with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Coastal Carolina University, further specializing in Accounting on the Chartered Accountant track at the University of Cape Town. His formative years include studies at Pretoria Boys High School.

Dario's career has seen notable roles including Co-CEO & Founder at SAPRO Consulting, Managing Director at Grassini Ventures, volunteering with The Ocean Cleanup, and serving as Auditor-in-Charge at Deloitte.
