Rael Ross is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Executive Director of Butn Ltd - a prominent fintech funding product suite in Australia and New Zealand.

His educational background includes studying Agents Course in Real Estate at REIQ, obtaining a Bachelor of Accounting with an IBL Full Scholarship in Finance, Economics, and Accounting from Monash University, and completing CPA in Accounting - Public and Company Practice through the CPA Australia Program.

Throughout his career, Rael has held various key positions in notable organizations. He co-founded and served as Co-CEO and Executive Director at Butn. He was recognized as the Young Australian Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 by Business News Australia Pty Ltd. Rael has also been involved in ventures such as the New Zealand Factoring Company, Tsikot.com (CarsNow), Australian Factoring Company, 1800 OPSHOP, Action Funding, Remoda, CHARATISE Group, KSK Finance, Action Funding Group, and more.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Rael Ross has gained experience in finance and accounting roles. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer at CPS, worked as a Finance Manager at InNiu, was the Budget Manager at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning in Victoria, Australia, and held positions such as Accountant at Diamond Singer Partners and Intern at Deloitte.
