Currently serving as the Interim Director of Ecosystem Development at Emerging Prairie, a non-profit organization in Fargo, ND, Darby leads a team that focuses on creating unique experiences for community builders, founders, and supporters.

As a convener of entrepreneurs, Darby advocates for founders, organizes the ecosystem, and raises awareness for their work.

Additionally, Darby plays a crucial role as the co-lead organizer for TEDxFargo, a large-scale event dedicated to spreading ideas, where efforts in design, marketing, and communications are spearheaded.
