Daranee Petsod

Daranee Petsod is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience championing justice and equity for marginalized communities.

She currently serves as a senior advisor to Hyphen, focusing on public-philanthropic partnerships to drive social change and equitable outcomes for disadvantaged groups.

Daranee is also the driving force behind the California Immigrant Resilience Fund, which provides aid to undocumented immigrants affected by the pandemic through a large-scale public-private initiative.

For over two decades, she led Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees, mobilizing philanthropic efforts to support immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers.

In her consultancy role, Daranee assisted foundations and social organizations in developing program strategies centered around women's rights, farm advocacy, immigrant worker rights, and environmental justice.
