Dara Hysmith

Dara Hysmith is an accomplished human resources leader with a successful record of creating competitive advantages through employee flourishing. With experience in software, professional services, entertainment, and healthcare industries, she has worked across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India. Her expertise includes talent management, organizational culture transformation, learning and talent development, leadership development, change management, employee experience and engagement, success planning, and research and data-driven insight. Hysmith has an extensive educational background, with a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development and Change, a Master of Arts in Human Development, and a Master of Science in Organization Development. She completed her undergraduate studies in History at Dartmouth College. Hysmith is currently a Senior Director of Human Resources at MetricStream and has previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at MetricStream and Head of Talent Management, Development, and Organization Development at RMS.
