Dap Hartmann is an Associate Professor of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at the Delft University of Technology, specifically within the Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship. He holds a PhD in Astronomy from Leiden University, obtained in 1994, and has previously worked as a Visiting Scientist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.23
