Danping Song

Danping Song is a professional with extensive experience in Supplier Quality Management at Huawei Technologies, where he has been the team leader since May 2012.

He is responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of various mechanical parts in Huawei mobile phones, such as plastic, metal, die-cutting parts, buttons, lenses, antennas, cameras, and fingerprints.

Danping Song is well-versed in quality standards and inspection methods related to mobile phone materials and is experienced in managing material quality for over 30 projects, including phones like Honer, MT, and P7.

His expertise extends to understanding the manufacturing processes from raw materials to finished products and solving general problems that may arise in production.

Prior to his role in Supplier Quality Management, he served as a New Project Management Engineer at Huawei Technologies from February 2009 to August 2010.

In this position, Danping was responsible for managing new projects in trial production, export, and mass production for Huawei mobile phones.

He has managed numerous new projects like C2856, U5900, and U5120, gaining valuable experience in new project management and the overall process flow of New Product Introduction (NPI).

Danping Song holds a Master's degree in Solid Mechanics and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from Wuhan University of Technology.

His career objective includes roles such as Quality Manager/Leader, Project Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), and Manufacturing Engineer (ME).
