IMimobile’s Salesforce Administrator departed the company, and due to this required support of their 40 users, responsible for 1st line support of national and international users. Working towards centralising three different Salesforce orgs.

Aid in the replacement of an existing internal bespoke CRM system with Salesforce and a new Contact Centre platform. Supporting in the provision of reports, training materials, creating an integrated customer feedback survey and other support activities as required and perform monthly org system checks for system and data maintenance.

User training and support in Classic and Lightning

Perform Salesforce administration (create accounts/profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.)
Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
