Danny Guillory

Danny Guillory is the Chief People Officer at Glassdoor, a position he has held since October 2022. In this role, he oversees various human resources functions, including strategic HR, talent acquisition, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.12

Prior to joining Glassdoor, Guillory served as the Chief Diversity Officer at Dropbox, where he was instrumental in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company. He also held the title of interim Chief People Officer during his tenure there.34 Before his time at Dropbox, he was the head of global diversity and inclusion at Autodesk, further solidifying his expertise in fostering inclusive workplace cultures.12

Guillory holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University, a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, and has studied at both the Université de Paris I–Panthéon-Sorbonne and Chemnitz University of Technology in Germany.1 His career has been marked by a commitment to enhancing organizational culture and leadership through strategic planning and development initiatives.
