Daniyal Shahid is the Director at Terra Property Group, where he specializes in multi-family acquisitions and asset management, with a focus on property management and identifying investment opportunities with stable cash flow returns and long-term capital appreciation.

With a background in finance, Daniyal worked in private wealth management before transitioning to real estate, driven by his interest in financial analysis, design, and discovering new value opportunities.

In his academic journey, Daniyal studied Economics & Finance at Claremont McKenna College, Industrial Organization at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and completed his High School Degree at Lahore American School.
