Danielle Smith Parker

Danielle Parker is a communication and public relations professional with a wealth of experience in business development, media relations, speech development, and community relations. She studied Public Relations at Central Michigan University and honed her skills through a series of diverse roles. Parker's career includes working as a Communications Associate at New Economy Initiative, Brand Development Specialist at Wordsmith Communications, Communications Director at SEIU, and Community Organizer and Volunteer Coordinator at State of Michigan, among many others. She is the founder of Detroit Maid, reflecting her deep connection to the community. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Parker is also an alumna of the Center for Progressive Leadership and an avid proponent of progressive causes.
