● Instituted waterfall schedules into MB’s program pipeline and used
monday.com , Basecamp and Shotgrid to track 500+ assets from concept to
model, texture, rig and anim.
● Served as the only point of contact for all of our freelancers, vendors, and
clients. This included discussions on contracts, budgets, and staffing.
Negotiated contracts with vendors by hiring talent that could execute high level
craftsmanship quickly to extend a profit margin of 55% on every project.
● Expanded the client base and maintained MB’s reputation for exceptional
creative work for top tier/up-and-coming clients. Works included concept
production, 3D asset creation, animation, and game design/development.

Titles: The Bad Batch, Tales of the Jedi
● Directly managed the 3D Story, Editorial and Layout teams for the episodic
television work schedule. Effectively communicated the status of each episode
to Anim, FX, and Lighting since there were always 3 episodes in production
simultaneously. Created a waterfall schedule of all 12 episodes for the season
aided in forecasting bottlenecks and staffing needs.
● Coinciding schedules in Editorial is particularly common. I managed to carve
out an extra week in the production schedule by overlapping story deliverables
with editorial start dates to allow time for cutting dialog and SFX without
hindering momentum downstream.
● Served as the primary point of contact for our interactions with CGCG, our
overseas animation partner. This included managing

● Improved communication between Design and Art by setting up weekly
meetings to discuss potential level ideas.
● Innovated a workflow process to pitch and select levels for the multiplayer
experience. The process was designed to create alignment and inspiration for
all involved, helping keep the teams connected and working towards a common
goal.
● From the new level plans, was able to create a robust map matrix of all 12
levels that could forecast R&D needs as well as potential asset reuse.
● This newfound collaboration between departments boosted morale as well.
