Danielle Desrosiers

Danielle Desrosiers is an accomplished talent acquisition professional who has successfully worked in various roles throughout her career. Desrosiers began her education at the University of Rhode Island, where she studied Marine Biology and English, before receiving a BA in communication, focusing on Public Relations, and a Minor in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. Later, she obtained her MS in Organizational Leadership, specializing in Human Resources, from Quinnipiac University.

Before joining Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc, where she has held several key positions, including Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, and her current role as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Lead, Corporate Functions, Desrosiers worked as the Manager of Strategic Sourcing/ Recruiter at The McInnis Companies and as a Waitress at Archie Moores Bar & Grill.
