Daniele Iori is a hybrid user experience designer with expertise in both computer science and communication. He specializes in user research, interaction design, and service design. Throughout his career, he has worked with top-notch companies such as Nokia, Sky, Wind, UNICEF, and Rai, helping them design and develop projects that cater to their customers. In 2014, he co-founded The Mixxie, which is a platform for digital storytelling. He was also one of the founders of Fab Lab Officine Giardino, which was one of the first Fab Labs in Italy to earn the prestigious Fab Academy from MIT's Center of Bits and Atoms.
Daniele Iori has a diverse skill set that includes a set of valuable skills such as stakeholder mapping, context mapping, and defining requirements. He can create user personas, user journeys, and scenarios, and other models that help navigate complex user experiences. He is proficient in the prototyping phase and a range of testing methodologies like web analytics, heuristic evaluation, and usability tests. He is also experienced in planning and controlling projects from startup to implementation, making him an ideal fit in the modern workplace.
During his career, Daniele has mentored and coached several workshops such as Social Design for Urban Change Jam, Roma Global Service Jam, Roma Global Sustainability Jam, and Pescara Startup Weekend. He enjoys helping others develop their skill set and grow their career.
