Global Head of Product Marketing,Partnerships & Insights

Responsible for the Marketing & Product division within the Issuing Business Unit . Ownership of all product inventory, P&L management, governance & regulatory practices, product marketing and strategy development.

Head Of Marketing Nexi

- Responsible for the development/expansion and streamlining of commercial payment products in 37 countries 
- Management of internal Governance and compliance policies, including overseeing the rollout of AML transaction monitoring systems as well as migration of sanction screening IT systems.
- Creation of long term vision with supporting business cases.
- Development of annual strategic IT priorities and manage through the development cycle to implementation. 
- Monitor external conditions, including markets, competition, demographics and regulations, to ensure Payments and Cash Management products meet customer needs while maintaining market competitiveness and profitability. Ensure activities comply with pertinent external regulations.
- Coordination of global commercial payment RFP's ensuring consistency across different markets alining with Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Head of Global Product - Corporate Cards

- Responsible for commercial card enablement of issuers within the Visa Multinational Program and support their program optimization efforts by leveraging commercial platforms, tools and systems.
- Serve as a global liaison for new and existing global platform and system development. Manage marketplace adoption of new services while recommending improvements and enhancements to capabilities in the development stream to accelerate adoption with key stakeholders in Europe.
- Deepen banks's engagement and collaborate with account executives for Global & Signature Issuers to provide regional relationship management
- Participate in the definition of global / regional product vision and strategy and drive the development and launch of the product from concept to delivery.
- Partner with multinational issuers and build business cases to enable Visa product penetration among multinational conglomerates in EMEA
- Support regional product team to expand product category and achieve/exceed defined product and corporate objectives.
- Conduct complex analysis of business opportunities, market trends, gaps, emerging segments and business trends; monitor competitive products and positioning and recommend appropriate strategies for Visa.

Director - Multinational Corporate Programme Europe

- Developed  and implemented strategic marketing plan for UK launch of the new British Airways American Express Plus Card;
- Responsible for BA plus marketing mix,plan, online strategy and PR strategy;
- Managed strategic relationship with British Airways and The milege company;
- Launched amexbacorporate.co.uk – new lead generation microsite for BA products in the UK.
- Maximised SEO and PPC for amexbacorporate.co.uk ;
- Developed new reward and loyalty scheme for BA card holders (Corporate savings plus)
- Worked closely with internal stakeholders (account managers) to upgrade current clients to plus cards.

	Responsible for planning and executing marketing plans/campaigns for Glasgow, Heathrow ,Edinburgh and Madrid Barajas Foreign exchange airport bureaux;
	Responsible for entire airports marketing mix from analysis to implementation and results tracking;
	Promotion and placement experience: EDM’s, PPC, data sourcing, lead generation and tracking online currency ordering with Google analytics funnelling specific products.
	Responsible for assigned budgets and analysis of ROI for Marketing activities:
      Easyjet text messaging campaign for July 2008 = £ 20,000 ROR, Cash back campaign on Buyback guarantee promotion Dec 08 90% turnover increase YOY and ROI 1.17 positive.
	Ensured that all marketing material was integrated with other media and that work was compliant with brand guidelines and legal;
	Created and maintained strategic external partnerships with creative agencies and key contractual stakeholder ( BAA, JCDecaux, UK  and Spanish media channels)
