Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Toven is the Commander and Conductor of The West Point Band, which is recognized as the oldest band in the United States Army. A native of Union City, Pennsylvania, Toven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music and has furthered his education at the Command and General Staff College.12
