Daniel Tian

Daniel Tian is a full stack engineer and entrepreneur currently studying Computer Science and Entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a practical idealist who aims to aid everyone in adapting and benefiting from an increasingly automated world through building products. He possesses technical skills in distributed systems, making access to computation "nomadic," and has developed projects like an open database for Philly City Controller's office and a novel algorithm that identifies vulnerabilities in AI object detectors. Moreover, he has held diverse professional experiences including his roles as the Co-Director at Hack4Impact, Product Manager at Onward Financial, Inc, Software Engineer at United States Department of Defense, Private Equity Analyst at Morgan Stanley, Software Engineer at Airwallex, Venture Capital Analyst at Capital Today Group, and Student Researcher at University at Albany, SUNY. Daniel Tian is currently looking for software engineering, web engineering, or PM related intern roles for Summer 2021.
