Daniel Swersky-Louw is a dynamic individual with a passion for problem-solving and a deep-rooted love for project management, data and financial analysis, marketing, and business development.

Currently holding the position of Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions at RK Properties, Daniel has spearheaded transactions exceeding $600m in multifamily investments, showcasing expertise in DST and TIC platforms.

Before his career in real estate, Daniel demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit by launching two successful ventures during his college years, one focusing on assisting small businesses with marketing and the other offering unique party bus rental experiences.

Originally from South Africa, Daniel embraced the American dream and made a bold move to the United States at a young age, embodying a drive for self-improvement and a commitment to his goals.

With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Orange Coast College, Daniel combines academic excellence with practical experience.

Through his roles at RK Properties and previous positions in real estate, Daniel has honed his skills in acquisitions, financial analysis, and team leadership, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the real estate industry.
