Dan Seifert

Dan Seifert, a seasoned matchmaker between excellent talent and exceptional opportunities, represents a unique combination of years of experience in the non-profit education sector with a recent shift to managing talent acquisition and hiring for technical positions in Google.

With a BA in Government and Philosophy from Colby College and a Visiting Student Programme in Politics, Philosophy, & Economics from the University of Oxford, Dan continues to showcase his passion for education and volunteering for the community.

As the Global Staffing Lead for Ads at Google, Dan spearheads hiring for technical roles across half of the Google Ads business worldwide, including leadership roles. Previously, he held key roles such as Americas Staffing Lead for Technical Writing & UX, Technical Recruiter, and accumulated over 11 years of experience as Director of National Recruitment, Deputy Director, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Director for organizations like Citizen Schools and Teach For America.
