Achievements: Introducing the team to satisfaction metrics (CES) and partnering with stakeholders until these became part of our process alongside performance metrics. Introducing a more rigorous approach to experimentation that led to higher conversion rates and the company having a better understanding of self-service user base. Dramatic reduction of experience debt in the multiple touch points where customers can complete purchases, enabling the business to iterate faster and comply with tax obligations in different markets.

Working on and improving reports while working in the Analytics Team still ranks among my biggest achievements and contributed to my promotion to the Media/Developer line of business, where I had the opportunity to lead a key project in 2014

Created the new brand manual of Quirón (biggest private hospital group in Spain), the biggest account in the agency. Managed difficult projects from start to delivery, and also handled a small team of designers
