Daniel Lebor

Daniel Lebor is a Partner at TerraCRG, a commercial real estate firm based in Brooklyn, New York. He has been with the company since December 2015, initially serving as the Director of Business Development before becoming a Partner. His role focuses on client relations, strategic partnerships, and he specializes in Opportunity Zones, M-Zoned properties, Special Assets, and Loan Sales.24

Before transitioning to real estate, Daniel had a successful career as a fine art and commercial photographer for over a decade. He operated his own commercial photo studio in Lower Manhattan and has had his work featured in various publications. Additionally, he served as COO for a tech startup prior to his real estate career. Daniel began his real estate journey at MNS Real Estate, focusing on industrial neighborhoods such as Gowanus and Red Hook, and later founded his own boutique firm, LTD Property Group.12

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography and Art Theory from New York University (NYU). He was raised on Long Island and later lived in the West Village before settling in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.23
