Daniel Coughlin
Retired -from the Institutional Real Estate business. Board member and consultant.
Daniel Coughlin has amassed over 40 years of experience in institutional real estate investment.
He spent 23 years at New England Life / Copley Real Estate Advisors, reaching the position of Partner, COO, and Board Member.
Following that, he spent 6 years at Phoenix Corporate Services and Trammell Crow as a Principal.
In 2002, he co-founded High Street Realty Company, specializing in industrial and logistics investments, until his retirement in 2015.
Post-retirement, he continued to support High Street through analytics and research.
Daniel remains engaged with Stonehill College as a board and executive committee member, chair of the Finance Committee, and is involved in Boston College High School and town government roles.
From 1990 to 2018, he was involved in Hingham town government, and from 2019 to the present, he continues his civic engagement in Duxbury.
Additionally, he shared his industry experiences through a 23-year part-time lecturer position at Boston University, focusing on managing and investing in commercial real estate.
Daniel Coughlin holds a Finance MBA with High Honors from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a BA in Economics with High Honors from Stonehill College.
He also pursued Classical Studies at BC High during high school.
