Daniel Bass

Daniel Bass is the Chief Technology Officer at Zeti, bringing a wealth of practical development experience to the table. He thrives on tackling complex technical issues with practical solutions that add immediate value to users, focusing on creating user-friendly interfaces. A specialist in serverless computing on Azure, he has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions that significantly cut hosting costs. Daniel is also well-versed in building Slack apps, static React/Gatsby sites, PySpark jobs, Power BI datasets, and a variety of other technologies. He is the author of two books on serverless architectures with Microsoft Azure and holds a 1st class honours MSci degree in Physics from University College London, where his research delved into applying quantum mechanics to model small businesses and their failure rates. Additionally, Daniel has a strong teaching background, having tutored privately alongside his academic pursuits.
