Danae Grace

Danae Grace is an accomplished transactional lawyer, recognized for her keen representation of her clients' interests in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and general corporate matters. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, she worked as an intern at the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals before becoming a Shareholder at McAfee & Taft. Danae has successfully served clients from diverse industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, real estate, financial services, software, food manufacturing and distribution, and retail. She has a talent for identifying the core issues that require her client's attention while skillfully managing complex transactions, and is known for her responsiveness, adaptability, and deep respect toward her clients' needs.
