Dana Shertz is a seasoned leader with over twenty-five years of experience in both privately held start-ups and billion-dollar publicly held companies.

Throughout their career, Dana has excelled in building market presence, driving profitability, and boosting sales in fiercely competitive markets by launching new products, exploring new markets, and nurturing top-tier sales and marketing teams.

As a founding board member and Secretary of San Diego Sport Innovators, Dana is dedicated to establishing San Diego as a hub for the Sports and Active Lifestyle Industry, fostering innovation, providing business mentorship, and creating robust cross-vertical networks.

In their role as Vice Chair for Mentor Development at Chairmen's Roundtable, Dana contributes to guiding San Diego companies through strategic challenges, offering pro-bono guidance to over 400 CEOs facing critical business decisions.

Dana's educational background includes studies in Public Policy at the Public Leadership Institute, as well as participation in Executive Education courses at the University of Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
