Having co-founded Synoptic Technologies and Carbonetworks, Stephen has gained valuable insights into business challenges associated with growing a company from inception to customer base, utilizing a 'lean startup' approach.

In his role as a Dealmaker with the Global Entrepreneur Programme, Stephen has assisted numerous growth companies in fundraising and strategy development, while fostering a wide network of individuals and corporations committed to enhancing global sustainable performance.

Stephen pursued his MBA in Business from the University of Victoria and has also studied at the University of Calgary. He has been involved with organizations such as the Systemic Impact Foundation and has held roles like Former Member of the Board - Strategic Advisor at TCRInnovations and Former Global Entrepreneur Programme participant at the Department for International Trade (DIT).
