Ross Epstein

Ross A. Epstein is a Partner at TechLaw LLP, a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Southern California. He joined the firm on February 10, 2011, bringing with him extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and an attorney. Epstein has a strong background in advising businesses and individuals on protecting and managing their intellectual property assets while also assisting in business growth and structuring.12

Educational Background and Early Career: Epstein earned his AB degree from Princeton University in 1983 and his JD from Boston University School of Law, graduating with honors in 1987. He is licensed to practice law in California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.12

Before joining TechLaw LLP, Epstein was an equity partner at the Nath Law Group, where he founded the San Diego office and expanded it significantly. His entrepreneurial experience includes serving as the founder, President, and CEO of BCH Communications, a multimillion-dollar telecommunications and internet business operating in Central Europe.13
