Dan Koopman is an experienced professional specializing in innovation strategy, governance, and portfolio management with a strong background in the startup way, lean startup, and agile methodologies.

He has a proven track record of leading and coaching innovation teams, having held key roles such as Innovation manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where he developed and implemented strategic frameworks for managing innovation ideas and teams.

Dan is passionate about aligning innovation strategies with global strategies, running innovation portfolios with a Venture Capitalist mindset, and leveraging startup principles for success in multiple innovation initiatives.
