Dan Jermy

Dan Jermy is an experienced executive search professional with a strong focus on the Consulting, Accounting, and Private Equity industries.

He is a prominent figure in Wilton & Bain's Management Consulting practice in North America, having worked across multiple continents including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Dan's career has seen him lead various high-profile searches for clients in diverse sectors such as professional services, oil and gas, consulting, financial services, technology, public sector, aerospace, and manufacturing.

After starting his career at Wilton and Bain in London, Dan transitioned to Dubai in 2014 to work with Boyden before returning to Wilton & Bain in San Francisco in 2016 as a Partner in the North American Consulting and Technology Services practice.

He holds a degree in Environmental Science and Business Management from the University of Leeds and is known for his passion for environmentalism, sustainability, plant-based food ecosystems, alternative proteins, and animal welfare.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Dan is an avid traveler who considers it a key source of learning. He also actively participates in triathlons, endurance events, and volunteers at local animal rescue centers.
