Dan Forman is a progressive content creator and programmer with extensive experience in the digital and broadcast spaces. He is an Emmy-award winning TV executive and journalist who has held top positions at major network-owned stations in NYC like WABC, WNBC, and WCBS. With 11 years as Managing Editor of the CBS2 News Department in New York, Dan oversaw coverage and quality control of local news, from story generation to final product. Dan also managed news departments at WNBC-TV and WABC-TV, making him the only person to have done so at all three major networks. At WNBC, he was involved in key strategies for promotion, engineering, programming, and sales, including developing local sports and entertainment shows. At WABC-TV, he led the station through Peabody award-winning 9/11 Attack coverage and pioneered regular news helicopter coverage in New York, known as Chopper 4.
