Dan Chiafair

Dan Chiafair is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in law, business, engineering, and military operations.

He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from the University of Florida, a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Systems Engineering from the US Naval Academy.

Dan has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as a Corporate Attorney at Feinberg Hanson LLP, and previously, at Latham & Watkins. He also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins, and as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office and the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB).

In addition to his legal career, Dan Chiafair has a distinguished military background, having served as a staff officer in the European Command of the US Navy Reserve. He also held positions such as Fleet Scheduler for Surface Future Operations at Commander, US Naval Forces Central Command, and Instructor Pilot for the T-45C aircraft at VT-9. Dan's military experience includes being a Pilot for the F/A-18C aircraft at VFA-146 and participating in Naval Flight Training at VT-2, VT-21, and VFA-125.
