Managed the production and distribution of print communications; supervised all aspects of audio-visual project development, including assigning developmental steps, establishing timelines, and managing production through project completion/customer satisfaction; facilitated cross-departmental integration with Marketing, Digital Media and Business Development. Supervised and managed departmental full time and game/event staff, including third party audio/video contractors, talent agencies, production houses, and prop/equipment suppliers.

Oversaw the overall planning and management of grass-roots community outreach for this professional sports franchise. Responsibilities included budget and schedule management; alumni player coordination; event logistics management; hospitality and fan engagement.

Seattle Mariners

Coordinated the fulfillment of client services and entertainment for this professional sports franchise; managed scheduling of community events; provided creative lead for video production, print collateral and digital media for the Mariner Moose (Goodwill Ambassador for the Seattle Mariners); managed the production and distribution of print communications; supervised all aspects of project development from planning to execution and deployment.  Oh yeah.. and I was the Mariner Moose too.

Program Coordinator - Marketing and Community Relations

Managed federal law enforcement / search and rescue initiatives, overseeing 300 nautical mile area of operation.  Led law enforcement and customs sorties aboard foreign and domestic commercial vessels; provided procedural and tactical training to boarding team members; captained multiple rescue and law enforcement vessels; enforced federal and state laws on all vessels in U.S. waters within area of operation.
