With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Farrow has held various roles such as Skill Acquisition specialist, Academic, Coach, Writer, and Manager.
He has collaborated with numerous Inter/National Sporting Organisations to improve talent pathways, coaching methods, and high-performance systems.
Dr. Farrow's educational background includes a PhD in Human Movement Science from The University of Queensland, a Masters in Skill Acquisition from Deakin University, and a BEd in Physical Education from Deakin University.
He has held key positions such as AFL Umpires Coaching, Performance & Innovation Manager at the AFL, Professor of Sports Science at Victoria University and the Australian Institute of Sport, as well as positions in performance psychology and skill acquisition at the Australian Institute Of Sport and University of Ballarat.
