With a history as a competitive athlete, Dale values teamwork and striving for excellence in all endeavors.

His educational background includes studying Small Business Entrepreneurship and Operations at Rio Salado College, as well as Sports Studies at St. John Fisher College.

Dale has held key roles in various organizations, notably as the Chairman of the Board at BareRoots-Rx, and as the Founder of BareRoots-Rx, BRI Supply, Inc., and BROHYMN CUSTOM CARS. Additionally, he has served as Vice President at H2H Benefits and as Senior Project Manager at SCH ELECTRIC LLC.
