Dal Coger

Dal Coger is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the executive search field, specializing in high technology sectors such as software, hardware, telecom, security, eCommerce, and dot.com companies.

Mr. Coger started his career with Heidrick & Struggles in the Financial Services Practice, later transitioning to focus primarily on the technology sector. He rejoined Heidrick & Struggles in 1999 after gaining valuable experience at a regional boutique executive search firm.

Throughout his career, Dal has been involved in the eCommerce and Internet revolution, working with industry giants like CMGI and Akamai Technologies. His expertise also extends to financial services, manufacturing, industrial, and services companies.

Before entering the Executive Search field, he held roles as a Compliance Examiner with NASDAQ and National Associate of Securities Dealers, Inc., as well as a marketing representative at Fidelity Investments.

Dal holds an MBA from Anna Maria College and a Baccalaureate of Science from the University of Tennessee. His specialties include CEO searches, Board searches, Sales Management, Marketing, Business Development, and CTO roles.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at HireResources and has held various roles in esteemed organizations such as Vell Executive Search, Carpe Search Partners, and Heidrick & Struggles among others.
