Dail Stancill, a Civil Construction PE and Certified Construction Manager with 20 years of experience, is an esteemed professional with an incredible background in mid-level construction engineering management. He has spent a major portion of his career working with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), where he led various multi-million dollar projects including roadway and highway projects, bridge construction, and reconstruction. Stancill not only boasts strong government experience but has also worked as a contractor and consultant. His work has earned him an impressive network of trusted contacts and intimate knowledge of policies, processes, and procedures.

Stancill has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from Louisburg College, and a background in General Studies from Williamston High. With his expertise in project management and construction engineering, Stancill is confident about the outlook of construction, particularly for Virginia and surrounding states.
