Dirk Epperson

Dirk Epperson, PE, CCM, MPA, is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in the fields of engineering, construction management, and public works.

Dirk pursued his education at National University, where he obtained a Master's degree, and at San Diego State University-California State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science.

With his expertise, Dirk has held various key positions in notable organizations, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Virtual Project Manager.

His vast experience includes roles such as Director Of Public Works at the City of El Cajon, Manager of Engineering-Construction at the Port of San Diego, and Associate Civil Engineer at the City of La Mesa.

Dirk has also contributed to the academic world as an Associate Faculty/Program Director at National University and as a member of the SDSU Alumni Board of Advisors at San Diego State University.

His professional journey began with roles like Assistant Civil Engineer at the City of Lemon Grove, Junior Engineer - Civil at the City of San Diego, and an Associate Civil Engineer.
